<pre>With the usage of the button, i wouldnt move it from its current location to
the View tab and ideally we shouldnt place it in more than one place, but if
there is a good argument why it should be in both places, i'd be open to hear
it.
Some confusion may arise if a user expects the View tab to have everything in
the View menu, which i doubt it will, but users used to the MS Ribbon wont get
confused.</pre>
