<pre>Well, I'll flat out say you need to update the Drivers for the GPUs.
Your Intel HD Graphics 4000 iGPU is at 8.15.10.2712 (2012-03-26), Dells support
page delivers current Intel HD 4000 driver at 10.18.10.4425, while Intel latest
is 15.33.45.4653 (2017-05-23)
A BIOS update looks to be appropriate as well, Dell shows the A17 (2017-05-23)
as Urgent.
And since this laptop will have a discrete GPU (AMD or nVidia), I would update
that driver bundle as well.
Make those changes and please let us know--for now leaving this NEEDINFO
