So here are some test results, based on zoom level on my 1440x900 resolution.
100% - right missing
110% - top and right missing
120% - all sides missing
140% - right missing
160% - right missing
180% - bottom and right missing
But even these results may change depending on various factors like if the
sidebar is open or not. e.g. at 100% zoom, page 1 had all sides missing and
page 2 had it appear only on the top side when the sidebar was disabled and
then after enabling the sidebar, with it only showing its button bar, page 1
had it appear only on the left side and page 2 had it on the left and top
sides.

The inner blur looks good as the page also has outer blur, but the page edge
looks crisper/flatter without the inner blur. I'm on Linux Mint.

> Especially on desktop environment with a flat design, like Windows 10 / KDE

The document area of the UI is the same on any OS and this shouldnt change.
So i checked MS Word 2010 and 2013 and they only have a 1px border. WPS Writer
and iWork Pages dont have a border at all.
