<pre>I had a similar problem to the one described here. I had to manually calculate
the top margin so that it was equal to the bottom margin in a printed document
and when using a header I have to manually change the values to match with the
footer.
If it is not possible to improve the UX, at least the header that is added with
the watermark could use the same values of the default style? Both say "default
style" but do not use the same values.</pre>
