<pre>Confirmed with LibreOffice 5.4.0.3 x64 in Windows 10 x64. In my opinion, it is
a very annoying issue and should be addressed.
In the meantime, as a shortcut to addressing this inconvenience, I try to Save
As first, copy the path from the top of the Save As dialog box, Cancel, Export
to PDF, paste the path at the top of that dialog box, and then save/export the
PDF.</pre>
