In Normal View a slide/page can be added pressing enter in the Slide/Page
panel. The same behavior doesn't exist in Master View.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Draw
2. Go to View -> Master
3. Press Enter
Actual Results:
No new page added
Expected Results:
A new page should be added (for consistency reasons)
