<pre>Since 5.2 we allow customization of context menus (<a class="bz_bug_link
bz_status_VERIFIED bz_closed"
title="VERIFIED FIXED - Allow customization of the Context Menus"
href="show_bug.cgi?id=93837">Bug 93837</a>), so we need to
access the user profile to check if there are customizations. Similarly there
are access attempts of user\config\soffice.cfg\modules\swriter\toolbar each
time you open a toolbar (or e.g. select a shape, which in turn opens its
contextual toolbar). I also see this each time you just point the View >
Toolbars menu. So what happened recently is just that context menus now use the
same code path as toolbars were already using (and which is probably inherited
from OOo).</pre>
