This bug still exists - and is a needed fix!

Impress/Libreoffice 5.4.0.3, Linux Mint 17.3 cinnamon 64 bit

Cannot access Taskbar or other applications from the presenter console, as the
presenter console takes up the full screen.

If the Presenter Console were handled as a window (as suggested in the bug
duplicates) it would be perfect.

Please fix, this is an old bug!
