<pre>I've read the specification. Well, it's quiet concise, but I haven't found
mentions that background should be applied within margins. What if Libreoffice
would not provide option to cover whole page and would cover whole page by
default? Other suites (abiword, MS Word) already cover the whole page.</pre>
