Libreoffice cannot open ODT with picture bg. But it opens odt with color bg. Margins are still white, seems like abiword displays them differently. Despite ODT I guess we should display DOCX (and maybe other exotic formats too) correctly too. In other words LO should support drawing background on the whole paper.
