Blame the user... It's our fault apparently. How dare we own a computer that doesn't do "xyz"... It's like owning a car that can only turn right... it's your fault you live on a left hand bend! Look at all the happpy-clappy people who live on right hand bends! They don't have any problems with our car. It's your fault. Go and move somewhere else...That is the line of reasoning we're getting from LO... They don't seem to get it. Our computers run perfectly well, there are no dodgy drivers of any ilk... we are running all sorts of 3rd part software with ostensibly less credo than LO without having techno jargon thrown at us...
