MS Word (online and desktop) do not support ODT background 2. Abiword supports odt background and displays it with full pages 3. Calligra displays background the same way as LO 4. DOCX files created in MS Word or GDocs with page background are displayed in LibreOffice with background within margins. In other words not like in MS Word.
