<pre>After upgrading to 5.3.5.2 there is a microphone and circle symbol on the
bottom of the screen. When I open a file created in a previous version the
programme crashes. After a few attempts at repair, the symbol's disappear but
after working on the file for a few minutes you can enter data but a black box
appears on the screen and the programme crashes.
Sorry, I'm just a user, I hope I have entered the above questions correctly.
Couldn't the "technical" bits if information you need be downloaded
automatically ?</pre>
