I used instructions I myself wrote to our wiki, but apparently the regular Windows command line cannot be used after all. It works in cygwin, though. I'm sorry to have to give you even more steps, but here goes.. Download <a href="https://cygwin.com/setup-x86_64.exe">https://cygwin.com/setup-x86_64.exe</a> and install the minimum base (you don't have to select any extra things besides the default).
