<pre>I was afraid it might go like that. I used instructions I myself wrote to our
wiki, but apparently the regular Windows command line cannot be used after all.
It works in cygwin, though. I'm sorry to have to give you even more steps, but
here goes..
Download <a href="https://cygwin.com/setup-x86_64.exe">https://cygwin.com/setup-x86_64.exe</a> and install the minimum base (you
don't have to select any extra things besides the default).
Launch cygwin and change directory to the LibreOffice dev version like so:
cd "/cygdrive/c/Program Files (x86)/LibreOfficeDev 5/program"
Now give the command to set the environment variable, the same command works:
set SAL_LOG=1
Next run LibreOffice with:
soffice.exe 2>debug.txt</pre>
