Try 1: Assigned these globally, closed Writer to experiment later. Upon
restart, the setting was lost. (No Repro. When I tried this again, it preserved
the setting. Probably PEBKAC due to awful UI.)

Try 2: Assigned only in Writer. Restarted Writer. Setting still there. Same
behaviour as before.

Try 3: Assigned globally, too. Redundancy did not gain anything.

Try 4: Removed assignments for Writer, left global ones. No change in observed
behaviour.

To summarize:
- The setting seems to have no effect.
- The customization dialog is extremely awful to use. (That should probably be
its own report.)
- That assignment should probably be there by default, anyway.</pre>
