The whole window for Calc seems to be offset . The icons at the top are cut
off.

If I attempt to select (with the cursor/mouse click) cell A2, cell A1 is
highlighted and that is where data entry takes place. If I attempt to select
cell A1 the whole A column is highlighted/selected.

This behavior occurs on both the primary screen (3840x2160 - the recommended
resolution) with 250% scaling and on the secondary display (1920x1080 with 100%
scaling)
.

Note, I have tried this with text writer also and it exhibits the same
behavior.</pre>
