I also tried this... 3 different ways and each time the debug.txt comes in at 0 bytes... However, and this may help, the first time I installed the Dev version, I didn't read the instructions closely enough and launched the Dev version directly (i.e. prior to executing steps 4 and 5 of the instructions so kindly provided)and my neat little System Explorer tool showed that suddenly the CPU was in overdrive...well suddenly shot to 63% usage and the .exe that was causing it was, I believe CCC.exe- Catalyst... But replicating it has been difficult. I uninstalled LODev, rebooted, re-installed, but couldn't get it to replicate the frenetic activity again. Even by bypassing the instructions given... so I followed your instructions and have included the 3 versions of zero byte sized debug files, note timestamps.
