<pre>It is difficult to provide data for the duplication of problems with mail merge
as at least two files are needed (the intended recipients and the document to
be specialized) together with the mode of duplication. This is hard enough; but
it must be even more difficult for the person assigned to investigate the
problem. Perhaps a different approach is needed for resolving mail merge
problems.</pre>
