I wrote about this more than once. Here and there:
http://ask.libreoffice.org/en/question/46656/resizing-the-window-presentations/
This is done by third-party programs that can change the size and position of
the window of any other program. One of these programs I created myself,
because I need to specifically reduce the size and coordinates of the
presentation window. Because In fullscreen mode and in the 0,0 coordinate it
does not suit me. But PowerPoint allows me to do this with its window and
Impress does not give.
Therefore, I wrote that any user can not verify this! This requires a
third-party program. But the developers of LibreOfficeImpress know about this
strange function very well! But unfortunately, apparently, they have never
looked in here yet!
