Do you use these tools simultaneously? Someone here had the same issue:

Could you please check that you cannot open the ODB file attached even if there
are no other tools running?
'Engine12' is a library containing the database engine, which is loaded by
library 'fbclient'. 'fbclient' is loaded by LibreOffice.
