Inserting a page with a different style is cumbersome and unintuitive,
requiring a fair amount of research to uncover.
1. I would expect to be able to access the "Page Style" menu from the Insert
tab
2. I would expect a field in the style selector allowing the new style to start
on either "this page" or "this line"
3. I would expect to be able to change the style of a section by
double-clicking on a page style in "Styles and Formatting" -> Page ..REGARDLESS
of the Next Style of the preceding section
