The issue with the Quotation character style was resolved in <a class="bz_bug_link
bz_status_RESOLVED bz_closed"
title="RESOLVED FIXED - Character styles applied through the Styles menu does not function in some locales"
href="show_bug.cgi?id=95489">bug 95489</a>. No idea
why the Quotations paragraph style would be invisible.</pre>
