Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Click the Insert Chart Icon
3. Deselect the chart and delete it (del)
4. Repeat step 2/3 five times -> Toolbar Items are grayed out
Actual Results:
Toolbar items grayed out after adding an empty chart 4 or 5 times
Expected Results:
Shouldn't happen
