If you mean in the page style properties, that is arabic in the odt too. The change of page style name, always happens with saving in doc(x). I guess that's because doc(x) doesn't support this. So, apart from the changing page style names, I see no other problem then the page crossing below the index on the second page, in case there is only one empty paragraph, it seems. I think that is a relative new bug.
