6. save as .docx
7. open LO saved .docx in MS Word
8. scroll to page 3
9. right-click on index and click 'Update Field' and select 'Update page
numbers only'
10. notice that the dots between the figure names and the page numbers are gone
regression that started in 4.3 as 4.2 worked fine.
