        <pre>Description:
When opening anything, no filesystem changes (e.g. renaming, creating new files
or directories) are shown if these happened during the time the dialog was
open.

There is also no refresh button, so the only way to refresh the dialog is to go
into a different directory and then back again.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open up the "Open" dialog.
2. Make a change in the filesystem from the different application (e.g.
create/rename a new document/directory).
3. Have a look at the dialog and find out whether it has changed.

Actual Results:
Nothing in the dialog changes.

Expected Results:
Auto-updating the directory content on change, providing a refresh button in
the dialog, or both.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: Yes
