I'd like to challenge that. Although this bug does not *normally* disrupt work, it does (for people who uses Windows's pinning feature) every time one upgrades LO. Whenever that happens, it takes some time to rebuild the pinned items. This bug deters me from upgrading. But after some time, I forget. Then being interested in some new features, I decide to upgrade, then I regret. Now I notice that I'm reluctant to upgrade just because of this bug.
