The solution to this is to press alt+cursor key, which will make diacritics
accessible, as mentioned in <a href="show_bug.cgi?id=100854#c5">comment 5</a> and <a class="bz_bug_link
bz_status_NEW "
title="NEW - improve cursor traversal of combined characters"
href="show_bug.cgi?id=54494">bug 54494</a>. But even with this
movement NVDA and JAWS on Windows and Orca on Linux still dont read the
character at the current cursor position.
