Hi Alex, Thanks so much for having a look at it. Here’s some answers to your
questions. Sorry if its a complicated one.
The Hardware is as follows: MacBook Pro 17-inch, early 2011. Processor 2.2 Ghz
Intel Core i7, Memory 8 Gb 1333 Mhz DDR3 with an Intel HD graphics 3000 512 mB
My version of Libreoffice is 5.2.3.5
The file is stored in Dropbox and I have a copy on my computer and also another
backup on a USB stick. They are all behaving in the same way on my machine.
I have been saving it as an Excel (97-2003) file so that our charities
accountant can read it easily. It’s extension is .xlsx if that is helpful
They all reference internal sheets - so it is one files with about 10 sheets
inside it. The graphs reference things in their own sheets.
No problem. I will attach one called Test.xlsx which reproduces the problem on
my machine but not the other computer.
Many thanks again. I hope you can help.
Sheila
