So excel has a hyperlink cell style defined in /xl/styles.xml like so.

<cellStyle name="Hyperlink" xfId="1" builtinId="8" />
<cellStyle name="Normal" xfId="0" builtinId="0" />
</cellStyles>
And its imported into LO as 'Excel Built-in Hyperlink' cell style.</pre>
