<pre>The issue came from an old FVWM configuration (DontRaiseTransient,
DontLowerTransient) that I added in 2005 from an example to solve a problem.
Actually this part of the example wasn't necessary. After removing these
"DontRaiseTransient, DontLowerTransient" options, the problem disappeared.</pre>
