LO 5.4.x.x and 5.3.x.x seem to be looking for libraries which do not exist in
machines where Mint 18.2 is installed de novo, but existed in machines where
Mint 18.0 was installed and upgraded -> 18.1 -> 18.2 with al the updates and
upgrades that evolved in between. The files existed in directory
/usr/local/i386-linux-gnu which contained apparently 32bit libraries in 64bit
Mint 18.X. Look at this command:
/opt/libreoffice5.4/program/soffice
/opt/libreoffice5.4/program/oosplash: error while loading shared libraries:
libX11.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Still I think LO should search for these libraries in 64bit libraries
directories.
