Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open <span class=""><a href="http://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=136841" name="attach_136841" title="Example file">attachment 136841</a> <a href="http://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=136841&action=edit" title="Example file">[details]</a></span>
2. Set view to multi-page view
3. Zoom out to 4 pages
4. Wait until all pages are loaded (drop in cpu usage)
4. Scroll down by selecting the vertical scroll (left mouse click) slider and
move it up and down.
Actual Results:
Very choppy scrolling experience
Expected Results:
A bit more smoothed like before the identified commit. Without the commit is
'OK' but far from perfect compared to GDI
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
