Perhaps your trouble comes from using the mouse. You can activate the image by using the Navigator in the Sidebar. Double click the image name. And you can access the properties dialog of the selected image via Format > Image > Properties or right-click in Navigator > Image > Edit. In the properties dialog you can set the position and size by entering numbers. Which is your first language? We might have a suitable mailing list. And please add a description of your problem in your first language.
