that is exactly the problem. Once you click on  Rotate tool and click on some
object... that is "sticky" anchor... next object is rotated around previous
"sticky anchor". 

Expected behaviour:
The object should be rotated around its own central anchor (as default) unless
I change it. Not some "sticky" anchor, to borrow your terminology once more :-)</pre>
