Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a "Heading 1"
2. In a paragraph above the heading. Insert>Cross-reference>Above/Below
(selecting "Heading 1").
3. In a paragraph below the heading. Insert>Cross-reference>Above/Below
(selecting "Heading 1").
Actual Results:
-Paragraph above heading reads: "ovan" (meaning above).
-Paragraph below heading reads: "nedan" (meaning below).
Expected Results:
-Paragraph above heading should read: "nedan" (meaning below).
-Paragraph below heading should read: "ovan" (meaning above).
Reproducible: Always
