If I can help, it often happens when there is a lot of formulas in the same document (maybe more than 15 ?). Then when we edit a formula and quit the formula editor, it sometimes destroys another formula without any logic of the formula choice. So the formula image is very bad and small, and if we try to reedit this formula, formula editor is empty. No use of hebrew in my case, so it's not due to text alignment.
