<pre>This is for the Table, Query, Form, and Report indexes where you select which
thing to open or edit.
For example, for each Base Form I think it would be very helpful to show the
Form creation and last edited date to the right of a form (or by hovering over
it), and also to have an area that can contain a comment to possibly say what
the form is, or how it should be used, etc.
Also the list of forms in this case should be sortable by these dates, in
addition to name.</pre>
