It's definitely not a bug, as it is the expected behaviour both in Italian and
in French. The use of the apostrophe to replace the accent is current in
Italian with a foreign keyboard, and is ignored by the dictionary (which
recognizes the wrong word liberta and suggests to replace it with libertà ,
ignoring the apostrophe as it could be an intentional addition from the user).
The user can add the requested change to the Autocorrect section.
