        <pre>@John : you need to install the package libreoffice-report-builder in addition
to the libreoffice-report-builder-bin package.

Unfortunately, the default installation of LibreOffice on Ubuntu doesn't
install the required extra libreoffice-report-builder package. Once this is
installed, you should be able to click on the Report Design button and it will
start (I have just tried this).

As this problem is a packaging problem linked to the distribution, this is not
a LibreOffice bug.
