Setting is found with the Accessibility settings. To avoid the workaround, and
use the HighContrast DE settings in LibreOffice:
Open Tools -> Options -> Accessibility and in the Options for High Contrast
Appearance block, check the "Automatically detect high contrast mode of
operating system" AND/OR the "Use automatic font color for screen display"
That will pick up the colors from the HC themes.
