<pre>SVG 2 draft does not mentioned mix-blend-mode and isolation. However W3C draft
"Compositing and Blending Level 1" defined the properties, both of them are
applies to container elements, graphics elements and graphics referencing
elements in SVG. And MDN document also showing an example of using
mix-blend-mode property in an SVG element.
