A sample document for Print Preview glitch
If the cursor is on a page that will disappear on printing (e.g., because some
text is displayed in edit mode, but hidden on printing), then using Print
Preview creates "frozen" incorrect view, until some controls are manipulated.
The attached document provides instructions to reproduce.
