        <pre>Please attach a sample file to be able to see the issue. Isn't it evident from
the beginning, that if you talk about "some generated files don't do this and
that", then others need such file to be able to see, and then to work on that?

Also, please try to provide more useful links when citing a documentation (like
to specific chapter, e.g.
<a href="http://xlsxwriter.readthedocs.io/working_with_formulas.html">http://xlsxwriter.readthedocs.io/working_with_formulas.html</a>), instead of
generic documentation index, expecting reader to go and read all the
documentation in search of the cited excerpt.</pre>
