<pre>Also worth mentioning (although it's not a solution to the problem as you
described it, which is some attribute in XLSX that LibreOffice apparently
ignores, while possibly should not): there exist a LibreOffice Calc
configuration option group (under Options-LibreOffice Calc-Formula), named
"Recalculation on File Load", which control if XLSX and not-LO-generated ODS
are recalculated on load (globally, regardless of the flag you mentioned).</pre>
