As this ticket consists of three ideas we should talk about '#1: Remember the last settings' here (raising the importance as long we do not have .uno:ReExport). Settings should be stored per session, not just for the current document. If we store settings for the workplace (settings retained after restart) it should be a general feature not restricted for the export dialog.
