Assuming <a href="show_bug.cgi?id=113751#c10">comment 10</a> shows the correct, <a href="show_bug.cgi?id=113751#c9">comment 9</a> shows the wrong (and current?) result. This was not completely clear, esp. as orig description states 'A portion of the merged cell borders are not showing'.
