<pre>This bug also applies to any dimension line drawn in a Writer document. Seems
to be confined to dimension lines ONLY. Never had a problem with lines ending
with various arrows. Difficult to determine the precise circumstances.
Reloading the file will fix the problem for a while. But then strikes again.
Once triggered seems to afflict all dimension lines in the document.</pre>
