<pre>Description:
I'm using LibreOffice 5.4.5.1 on Ubuntu 17.10. The program works fine when I
open the file under /home/user/Document .
I created directory named "Foo" in / and changed the owner to current user. The
I copied a.doc to /Foo and tried to open it, but failed either by double-click
in nautilus or by command "libreoffice a.doc". The program shut down
immediately.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. sudo mkdir /Foo
2. sudo chown -R user /Foo
3. cp ~/Document/a.doc /Foo
4. cd /Foo
5. libreoffice a.doc
