master, toward adopting as default icons theme for Windows at 6.1 release.
Meanwhile should we seek ESC approval to add as late feature (but not yet a
default) for 6.0, to increase exposure and uncover any holes in the set sooner?
Or bundle as an extension immediately?</pre>
